Class today was SO much fun for me! My students such an incredible energy and spirit, it just filled me up! A huge thank you to them for coming in, being powerful, joyful, hilarious and just totally awesome. Teaching is so much more than fitness - I am always in awe of the people I've met and how they've changed my life. And TODAY - ladies, students, FRIENDS, you filled my heart! Thank you!

I just want to say hi and I hope your weekend is spectacular. I think about ya'll all the time, and am in awe how you have changed my life. I am grateful for you and the ways you've impacted me; one of the biggest ways, is helping me to come out of my shell.
